Ok so I took a new pic today as my main focus for the past year and a half has been shedding the fat around my core - the hardest part!!
This is the before and after of 1 years progress of training + diet.
The pic is GAY as and rather embarrassing but I know people sometimes need to see that it can be done to inspire them to lose weight - so consider this me accepting humiliation to help you lose weight!!! haha!
